Good Points: if you are looking for a functional work out/walking measurement and is waterproof literally ok to use when in shower this is good enough. if you dont need to text or call or pay with your watch this is good enough for basic smart watch functions plus waterproof.

The watch is actually great. It is actually good upgrade if you moving from mi band stuff. It does pretty much everything when comes to monitoring health. But yeah it only records stress while you sleeping... Overall, it is not a bad product. I will recommend it.

Improvement Points: The battery life is too short, with or without maximising the functions of the tracker. It lasts about 3 days without using the exercise tracking. Some of the functions are poorly designed, for example the tracking of menstrual period does not allow to enter certain dates or days...

Good Points: Great step counting, not have to adjust once go to drive car bike etc, counting only steps. Able to connect to strawa. Quite accurate but not as good as fitbit sleep monitor.

Cons: its always connected to my phone so charging frequency is every otherday sometimes compared to what it says that itt can go up to 10days no charge which i guess for someone who isnt active at all.

Cons: App integration with Google fit would have been nice rather than Strava integration but that's a subjective complaint to myself.
