This item is good for the price, I'm unaware of the accuracy of the measurements of steps, heart rate and sleep, but for the price it has food features. could pay a little more for the Watch 3 active which allows phone calls, but it all depends on budget and needs.

I was going to give this item one * as it failed within the first year. However, while is lasted it was incredible value for money, doing everything my old Fitbit did for a fraction of the price. The app syncs with Strava. I have a Redmi phone and it synced seamlessly.

I have used it for around 7 weeks now. It tracks my steps quite acurately. I can't say how acurate the calories burned is as I hvaen't used another kind of activity tracker before. I think for the price I paid, it is definitely worth it.

Charger won't work anymore ,I only had it for 6 weeks ,otherwise I really liked it and it was fairly accurate with big numbers ,I never tried it in water but was otherwise happy with it now I've got to spend £7on new charger cos its over 30 days

Mostly this isn't a bad tracker. It has a lot of workout options to choose from which is very useful. It will prompt you to get up and do something now and again. It shows you when you have hit your calorie target etc.
