Bought some of these a handful of years back for a Synology NAS and they have about 65k hours of runtime on them. I run the SMART health application once a week and there's no corrupted or bad parts still, can't complain about perfect execution

The drive works expected. Price was good. Had trouble getting two working in my Buffalo NAS. Not a drive issue. Had been working great with NO issues.

a good product, that while on sale, was reflective of an actual price people should be paying for this. MSRP of the product is much too high.

Quality drive that I have past experience with. Been using WD Red drives for years and they work great and don't give me any issues.

I used this to replace the failed 2TB drive, it fit well but needed the rubber bumpers trimmed slightly.

I already had a WD Red Plus hard drive in my NAS which has been performing well so I bought this additional Red Plus to increase capacity.

Upgraded my NAS drives. Slightly clunky sounding, reasonably noisy drives. Had no problems with the previous ones, expect these to be as reliable.

Installed and working without any issues. For me Western Digital drives have always been reliable. I have confidence these will be the same.

I have just received a NAS Hard Drive. I hope it performs as expected, I hope it is as reliable as stated. But It will be some time before I can make an assessment on either of these. As for 'Would I recommend it' - No, I don't go around recommending things.
