Because I am getting to an age where bending and reaching sockets is becoming increasingly difficult I decided to give these a try. They were easy to set up using the app on my smartphone and now I can switch my appliances on and off instantly without leaving my chair.

For many years I used up to 5 Belkin WEMO switches with success until recent times after Belkin was sold. The controlling app would not connect to the WEMO's or the app would not recognised the units. I decided to buy TAPO units and discard the WEMO's and have not looked back since.

Great for turning on / off those hidden sockets using (eg) google home commands, can also Have commands manipulate several at once Others in this range can also monitor usage , eg electric costs, easier to buy one and move it around things of interest and then use the cheaper ones

So far so good, I have now fitted all the smart plugs to my lights/lamps and replaced the old timers with them so now I don't need to continuously adjust the time on them as the night get shorter or longer ( using the sunset option on the settings ) good value as I have checked prices elsewhere and...

These Tapo power points are magnificent. We can turn our appliances on from the other side of the world, how amazing is this. They have timers and schedules, so when we are away they automatically turn on the lights, TV, our pool, air conditioning etc.

Excellent product - so easy to use and a great price. Great for those profile who want to know their energy usage for a given device plus the ability to be able to access it remotely.

I’m am loving these smart switches. I use them on lamps around the house and no longer have to switch them on and off everyday. I use the lounge lamps switching off to tell me it’s time for bed.

Easy to use and easy to set up. Used to time some lamps to come on. The manual on / off push button on the top of each unit is a great feature.
