This switch is perfect for a home operation. The web interface is super simple and easy to work with. The only downside is that there is no option to export your config, and should you forgot to save the config before rebooting, it will default back to the last save you've had.
Pros: -easy to use -simple setup
Cons: -no ability to export config

Tech support required me to take a photo of the unit to demonstrate that the lights don't come on after I reported a failure. I had already tested the unit with an alternate power supply AND verified that the wall wart supplied appropriate voltage with a multi-meter.

Fantastic piece of equipment.
Pros: This switch has an enormous number of features, especially for the price. It's hard to think of something it doesn't do. All the interfaces (web, telnet, ssh) work very well. No browser issues on the web interface. The unit has been rock solid.

I needed a managed switch to monitor traffic in various rooms. This was perfect for the job. It went in easy (as these switches do) and I was up polling traffic stats in no time. One downfall is the hard coded management IP (192.168.0.1).

TP-Link doesn't disappoint again. And this little guy is built very well. Setup VLANs in a couple minutes to separate traffic and has been working great!

I bought this switch because it supports link aggregation. It has so far worked perfectly for connecting my NAS and my computers. Would definitely recommend.

Integrates simply with Omada controller. Works well. Not tried as managed switch seperate from an Omada network. Check the price of the POE version if looking at this - its sometimes cheaper!
