It was super easy to connect, just clucking on the connect button if it and WPS on my router and walla! The signal strength was greatly weakened by the double skin wall between my lounge and office but moving the the main router and this repeater to almost within sight of each other with only a...

Crossed my fingers this extender worked with MAC addy filtering, it does! You will need to get 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz mac addresses and input them, then connect this bad boy and enjoy! Finally a great extender that works with mac filtering! Easy setup, nice interface, mine had a firmware update that helped.

The first thing I would say is that it looks really nice - so if you're going to connect it somewhere that's 'in the eye', it will look nice. Now for the functionality. I read a detailed post here that you it doesn't allow for separate 2.4G and 5G connections - it absolutely does.

Amazing. I've tried such things before (not often) and always found them half-baked. Not this one. Pluses: + Super easy installation + Dual-band, 2.4GHz and 5Ghz + Inexpensive + And the reason I bought it: to extend my WiFi to my basement woodshop where I have a Sonos speaker. It just works.

Product covers more area than my previous WiFi Extender and the reason for buying this unit was that it supports Mesh Ethernet Backhaul (cable) with my current TP-Link router to extend my mesh network even further so it does not have to use one of the WiFi channels to setup the Mesh network.

Buy it asap! More than tripled my speeds with Xfinity. Without this extender, I was getting 40mb to 70mb on my Note 9. On Acer Nitro 5 gaming lapper, increased wifi speeds from 290 mb to almost 700mb. Wifi signal, speed, coverage, easy to install all are great. Exceeded my expectations

This extender works very well with my Rain 101 5g router. I have an office in an outbuilding at my property where I only used to get 1 bar signal with router alone. with the extender I get full bars. Worth the price!

I am still confused on these. I like them just thought I could connect a cat 7 cable and send out that signal. It says you can, but didn't work for me. I set it up as a MESH system, but others are saying it's not MESH. As far as I know MESH is a repeater with the same name as your wifi.

Aim was to improve and extend wifi signal which it does better than previous generation CP extender. Speed limited to 50mbps as opposed to 100mbps connecting directly to EX51 router

What I like: 1. Has its own web interface 192.168.0.254 by default. 2. If you understand basic network fundamentals, you can fully configure this through the ethernet jack using a web browser, without downloading a proprietary app. You can give the device a static IP if you want. 3.
