It does what I wanted to use it for. It detects my Galaxy Buds and Controller with no latency in sound nor on the controller when using them simultaneously. I play FPS shooter games like Apex Legends & Black Ops so every ms counts. Just make sure you download the driver from TP link itself.

Works great, if you do not pick up your bluetooth device automatically, be sure to activate the device’s find mode and you can also add a new device from scratch. If device is added, just go to your speaker icon on your right screen bottom, next ro the date, and change output to your bluetooth...

The TP-Link UB500 is a great little adapter. I used it on Linux Mint, and while the initial setup may vary depending on the distro, it works well once connected. Bluetooth pairing is stable and quick with devices like keyboards, mice, and speakers. Super compact - you can just leave it plugged in.

I have bought a few bluetooth dongles or adaptors but none worked with my custom built PC. This little TP-Link Bluetooth adapter worked instantly the moment I put it in. No software or downloads required (with Windows 11 - not sure about other operating systems).

If you are a GNU/Linux user, this BT device is EXACTLY what you need. It works PERFECTLY and INSTANTLY. The Kernel picks it up immediately and all the native drivers are embedded. No fooling around with .SO's or other nonsense. Tested with 5.15 and 6.3 kernels, no issues at all.

I Purchased this as my onboard Intel Bluetooth chip just kept disconnecting. The TP-Link works well if the signal is solid the connection is reliable. I have it plugged into my desktop behind my monitor and my audio keeps breaking up as if it has signal issues.

Works great, however fairly short range. To be expected for a tiny usb dongle with no antenna for such a low price. For my purposes it works great, just using with a pc for devices near by. For longer distance headphones, give it a miss.

Having been stung with v5.0 labelled adapters, I needed to check whether this was in fact a v5.0 adapter, and it is. The range is verifyably longer than my cheapo V4 adapter, and it's compatible with Win10 without extra faffing with drivers,

Works like a charm, i use it on my PC to be able to connect my earbuds or Bluetooth speaker. Works with out any issues. Not sure about the distance as i usually use it when im sitting next to it.
