The overall sound of the Sony ULT Field 1 is impressive for it's size. music fills our whole apartment sounding like a Hi-Fi stereo system with supreme clarity. Don't expect the bass to blow your socks off but it gives a full and balanced tone which is very satisfying.

I'm happy with my purchase. It was between this and the JBL Flip 6. I'm sure the JBL would have been good too. With regards to the Sony ULT Field 1, I like the style and design, the fact that it has flat sides and won't roll over. The battery keeps going long enough so as not to be a bother.

5 stars, no debate. This speaker delivers clean sound with zero distortion, even when it’s loud. Mids and highs are crisp, and overall sound quality is top tier for a portable speaker. Sony cooked with this one. Very happy with my purchase.

Sony ULT field 1 bluetooth speaker is my first Bluetooth speaker and the sound is good battery live is strong even on the ult mode on it will last up so 10hours and 50minutes better then they said it would be try it for yourself don't take my word for it or money spend it time to take the party with...

my husband is very excited with the quality and sound coming from this speaker. He uses it outdoors and very impressed with sound quality and distance speaker xan be away from him and still keep sound quality. excellent.

This speaker is amazing, loud and clear and adjustable bass on the speaker and adjustable EQ in the app, better than my previous srs Sony speakers and previous boss speaker!

I am surprised just how good this little speaker is. It has great depth for base and the overall sound is really good. The volume is exceptional and mine is mostly on number 1 or 2 because it really distributes sound well.
