Bought TWO of these… and within 2 months BOTH stopped playing through the right earbud. For no apparent reason, fully charged. Not even used hard or exposed to moisture. This product is fragile and should be disclosed as such. No Sony engineers likely actually use these in real life.

Battery life is phenomenal. Only reason I need a new set is the buttons wore out before the electronics did.

When used in conjunction with the Sony app, this amazingly inexpensive headset comes to LIFE!! Big bottom and high range that rivals most. I’ve recommended this to many friends.

I love this! Great sound, long lasting battery and you can easily tell when you've turned them on and off, which I cannot say for other popular earbuds.

Got this for an older family member. They are able to use it without a huge learning curve. Also very useful that the headphones audible say they are turning on and off as the power button it can be a bit hard to tell if the headphones are on or off.

Pros 1: it has the best balanced sound you’ll get for 20 quid 2: when the battery is lowered will only tell you once, instead of constantly interrupting what you’re listening to 3: I use it all day at work and I only have to charge it every other day Cons 1: The air cushion selection could be better...

They actually go in my ears no problem which is a shocker for me. But they are not white.... they remind me if you put a white shirt in the wash and a black sock goes inside it
