The best thing about these is the battery life! I use them all the time and only have to charge once a week max. They also charge to full in genuinely 15 minutes which is insane. I bought these almost a year ago now and I am so happy with them.

An excellent headset, as long as you know what level of performance to expect. No complaints here—the features are all there and work well. Easy and fairly intuitive to use, with very decent comfort during extended listening sessions. In short, it's in line with the rest of the series.

Don’t listen to the YouTube reviews. Go buy the headsets and you will enjoy them. Best noise canceling and good sound quality. The so called “big bag” for the headphones is actually not big like they make it out to be in those reviews. It’s a good carry case.

I bought these bc my old sony xm4 partially broke . I like these new xm5s a lot but they fit a little differently than xm4 which has taken some getting used to. In particular when im wearing glasses I get a lot more rubbing noise on the sides if I make a slight movement.

These headphones are great. The noise cancelling feature allows me to work out in the gym while listening to my music at a low volume without hearing any of the background sounds. They are comfortable and sound great!

I am very happy so far with purchase of the Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones. Read several reviews on them and found compared with my experience using them most were fairly accurate. This is a well built product I have a larger head and find quite comfortable so far.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Glad I did my research, Sony has the best headphones on the market. Straight out the box connected to Bluetooth and was I was enjoying my favorite music.

Headphone broke on hinge, customer support was no help and after further research saw that these headphones have the same issues with the hinges, sad to have to write a bad review of a sony product as i expected higher quality.
