I have had these for about a year. The sound and fit are okay at best. The big issue for me is that they constantly stop charging. The only advice I have gotten from support is to clean the buds and case which I do regularly anyway, It has not made a difference, they will be fine for a month or so...

I use ear buds for watching TV because I live in an apartment and want to keep from hearing my neighbors and them from hearing me. These are the best yet. They sync with TV extremely well and don't turn off when you adjust them in your ears like my old Bose ones. Got two sets and they work great!!

The earbuds for sound and ANC are good. The controls are horrendous and something that uses a swipe AND tap functionality would be better than hitting different earbuds 4 times to change the volume. The fit is HORRIBLE, even with the correct silicone ear piece.

Bought the WF-C710N headphones a month ago and they are excellent. Sound quality is very good and more importantly for those on video conference calls, the microphone is the best of all the headphones I have tried (and I have had a few).

I have had these earphones for just over a month. I am happy with the sound quality and I quite like the slightly 90’s look of the transparent blue earphone casing. The connectivity is good and the battery seems to last a long time. The only quibble I have is with the comfort of the earphones.
