When it is working, it is great. It has a bug that occasionally prevents normal audio and required a power cycle to correct. When this occurs, the attached device indicates the headset is connected correctly and phone connection beeps are heard, but not the normal audio.

I bought these wireless headphones for work, have been using them for approximately a month, and absolutely love them. It was easy to install, they are comfortable to wear all day, and have a long battery life covering a 10 hour shift. I would buy them again and recommend to anyone.

Purchased for untethered Teams calls/meetings. It has exceeded my expectations so far. Clear and isolated listening, very clear voice. great fit, and moderate weight. Foldable to fit in my computer bag for easy transport. Quick power up and connect allows me to answer calls without delay.

Bought these as my over the ear ones meant I couldn't hear my own voice. That led to me shouting in the office. These are comfortable, easy to operate, and sound quality is fine. Not noise-cancelling but I don't need that (although the mic does filter out unwanted noise).

But the charging port and the receiver dongle are USB-C. There's an LED on the receiver dongle which is color coded for on call, mute and idle. It's easy to figure out if we are on mute or not. The cushions are quite comfy too!

Product has great sound quality, connect to bluetooth and play (no setup required). Sleek, so they don't take up alot of room on your desk, battery life is amazing - straight of of the box and not even charged it had 11 hours of talk time. I highly recommend this product.
