So far, so good. This was bought to replace an Afrihost-issued fibre router. My old D-Link wifi download speeds would max out at between 29-34Mbps (on a non-typical good day), on a 50Mbps fibre connection. On first test with this Mercusys, I was getting 48-50Mbps download AND upload speeds!

The router is great, however it does sometimes have an issue where it fails to communicate an IP address and you need to manually assign the IP on your computer for connectivity to be restored (alternatively you need to reset the router and complete the setup again).

I bought this router because I had such a good experience with the MR50. I am really impressed with it! I like to change most settings away from default, and this router makes it easy to do so. The support from Mercusys is good, with regular updates to firmware and online manuals etc.

Great WiFi speeds and the Ethernet works at the speeds it states. Even though WiFi should handle more than 1GBit bandwidth, I get about half that. It may be configuration on my side though.

Well..i had a problem with neighbours hacking my previous router...and decided to make a plan.yes..this router is very fast..easy to install..only problem it dont connect to the app fully.or the app was a problem..but works now... signal is stronger and faster...and a bigger range aswell.

Purchased a second on to serve as an extender. Connected them to each other via a long 20m cat 7 cable. Both were easy to setup up via the admin console, I didn’t bother trying to use the app.

El peor router que he tenido. Tuve que volver a usar un router de más de 10 años porque funciona mejor.
Cons: Mala señal , No logra balancear el ancho de banda de forma correcta entre los dispositivos conectados
