It was actually causing more strain and pain in my wrists. I wish the buttons were lower to the surface instead of so high up since my hand is sideways on the surface, my fingers were there as well and I found myself having to lift my hand up so that my fingers could align with the right clicker...

This is my second MX vertical mouse. The first one was 'borrowed indefinitely' by an associate; both of us like that it's comfortable to use, and has fairly good battery life. I can pair multiple devices to it, so I can use it on work computers, personal computers, etc.

Amazing for carpal tunnel! I've had no pain using this mouse when I'm usually in intense pain the whole time I'm on a computer! Highly reccomwnd if you have pain when using a mouse. Just expect some time to get used to it

I have always used an Apple Magic Mouse. I also have used other mice at workstations from time to time. Never have I ever had a mouse fit so perfectly for my hand. Its just a natural feeling. Every other mouse now feels foreign and difficult after getting use to this mouse.

Left clicking and dragging anything is impossible with this mouse. For Example, say I want to drag a file from one screen and folder to another folder on a different screen (or on the same screen for that matter) (or in a subfolder in the same folder for that matter) the left clock doesnt hold long...

Took a little while to get used to, but it has been great to use. I was having problems with my pinkie getting numb (working 10 hours a day on a computer), this helped alleviate that in about a week and a half. Since it is a Logitech I know that it will last for years.

I know some people have issues transitioning to a vertical mouse, but there was no problem for me. I have small-to-medium sized hands, and this is the only vertical mouse that feels like it fits. I use an Imak Ergo LePetit cushion under my wrist for added support. My ergonomic setup is now complete.
