I tried a bunch of different headsets before this. But so far, only the Zone 300 connects instantly, works every time, and is comfortable throughout a long office call. It keeps me from resorting to asking my desk mates to keep it down while I'm on a call because my headset stopped again.

Works great for teams/zoom calls. Haven't really put the battery through the ringer yet, but it can easily do long calls. Maybe a little snug against the ears after long use. I keep adjusting a little to if it gets better. Using with Mac Pro.
