I bought this for a rehearsal dinner (outdoor) at a beach location. Want to ensure that the toasts can be heard (yes - I can turn off the light). It is a backup for a sound system that I have not seen nor cannot trust. What has impressed me so far is the sound quality and adequate audio output.
Pros: Overall size, sound quality, microphone quality
Cons: Slightly heavy but that is a fair trade for the long battery life

The speaker is the most versatile speaker I have ever seen. It has many functions and options. The sound is powerful and pumping it is clear and crisp at all volume levels. With the EQ controls you can adjust the Bass and Treble with ease.

Pretty cool unit. Kids love it. Only issues is there is only a bass booster button for music sound adjustments. Microphone has some adjustments but unit should have an actual bass, treble and mid knobs for the music.

Don’t get me wrong, this speaker is extremely loud and has very high quality sound, and the microphone is a perfect companion for it, but there are a few things I do not like about it. One is the battery life is not great. It probably lasts about 3 hours if you aren’t blasting music, 1.5 if you are.
