I got these earbuds to wear to work and while working out etc. I chose these because of their features and small size. They don’t get in the way of my bike helmet but they’re easy to get to when you need to use the tap control features.

I was disappointed - not that they are a bad product, per se. They just don't seem to be designed to fit solidly in your ear (or at least my ear). They fall off easily because they just sit on my ear instead of in or around my ear.

Great sound quality and useful for everyday earbud usage like at work, which makes use of the ambient aware feature pretty well to know what’s going on around me. Very cool tie in to the JBL app and is useful for adjusting the balance of bass in the headphones as I like lots of rap/r&b.

I bought these a few weeks ago during their 50% clearance sale. They're just okay. I've had Bluetooth connection issues with the right earbud, and they don't stay in my ears securely—they tend to loosen up. I also can't access Siri while using them.

I’m generally satisfied with my JBL earbuds. The noise cancelling is excellent, effectively blocking out external noise and allowing for a more immersive experience. They’re comfortable to wear and feel well-built. However, I did expect more from the sound quality.
