It is a very rare day when I try a new product and get blown away right out of the box! Let me explain why. Being an active part time muscian for over 40 years and being an audio nut when introduce to same back in the 60's, I am a audio snob.

I have owned these earbuds for several months, and now the right earbud will not charge. There is no support for troubleshooting and no way to easily open up the charging case to fix this issue. These earbuds are insanely expensive and designed to fail to keep you spending money. What a rip off.

So they work well, but….. They look like really big hearing aids. They’re bulky and unflattering and really difficult to wear sunglasses with. Not a quick slip on either. I have to adjust each one separately every time I put them on. I honestly want to return them.

I bought this product to use at work. (Limousine, charter buses, etc...) I am very pleased. I have a high regard for JBL products and this did not disappoint User friendly. Quality sound. And nothing stuck in my ear distorting the sounds that I need to hear. Way to go once again JBL!.

I’m not a fan of earbuds mostly because I feel like I’m wearing hearing protection but with these JBL Sound Gear Sense ear speakers not only is the sound quality phenomenal but I can still hear what’s going on around me without blocking all of my hearing.

Sound quality is pretty good. However I am having an issue with the battery life between the two ear pieces. The left ear piece drains down double the time the right ear piece does.. I just use them to listen to music and they are fully charged when in use. I end up losing the left one 2 hrs in..

I don't like headphones that go inside your ear that's why I chose the JBL headphones. The comfort is definitely better.at least on the left side But5 think that's just my ears being weird. The sound is very good. I use it for work meetings every day.

So I bought these to replace some JBL earbuds that were discontinued. I fully went into these knowing that they were not going to function like my beats earbuds. I fully understand that apple has proprietary tech that allows using their hardware easier.

I am a JBL fan! These open ear headphones rock! I am not a big fan of open ear but these sound awesome. My only gripe with open ear in general is the fact that I have to have my device (tablet) turned almost to max to get any good sound.

I bought this for my husband, who loves running, and he is very satisfied with it. I ended up buying one more for myself too :) I love it because it doesn’t block my ears completely, yet the sound is still great. We both love this product!
