Muy buenos audífonos, se necesitan actualizar recién sacados del empaque lo que requiere unos minutos para usarlos, tiene un software que te permite sacarles el mejor provecho aunque si no sabes mucho del tema (como yo) se te complicará un poco el configurarlos.

I bought these about a month ago and so far they've been great. The sound quality is great as I expected from multiple JBL Flip, Charge, and Extreme speakers me and my friends have owned over the years. The software is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

I just got these JBL QUANTUM 400 Gaming Headphones , - First impression : They are very nice , comfortable and the sound , wow.. - They are not wireless.. They connect via 3.5mm Aux cable , and also to a Type C to USB cable .. cables are very well made , and long to give you more freedom..

Outstanding sound, great software. I use for music and Escape from Tarkov which is a highly sound based game. This headset is perfect.

My old Logitech headset finally bit the dust, so I went in search of something with better sound. These JBL headsets have recommendable sound quality. Sound quality of the mic is average, though, and increasing the sidetone level brings a lot of hiss to the earpieces.

Very satisfied with these headsets from JBL. Really good and clear audio quality and due to the cushioned ears, you get completely emerged in the sound. Tried with PC and Xbox and the quality is consistent on both - 3.5mm jack and USB connection. Good mic sound and volume.

Crystal clear sound, no interference, no unwanted sound picked up from the mic, no feedback and super comfortable. I like how there is also a mute button in addition to lifting the mic to mute. So if in the event of one switch going bad you have a backup option

The headphones overall are really good regarding the sound quality and the mic, but after a year of using i started to have troubles with the volume. When adjusting the volume with the wheel, one side would go completely quiet until i put the wheel in a specific place.
