I ended up returning the headset as it was tight for me and ended up giving me an headache. Nothing to do with the headset and probably my head is broader as I have similar issues with sunglasses as well. Otherwise the quality of the headset is great.

I used to have the Jabra Evolve Professional, which worked well but they were a bit older. I decided to stick with the same brand and chose the Evolve 2 noise cancelling. These are awesome as I can listen to music and even connect to my phone so I can jump between a meeting and the phone.

Although I bought the MS Teams version of this device, when I looked at the Product Information in Jabra application it indicated that it was not "Certified for Microsoft Teams". The sku was correct. There is a little misdirection going on here... Works with ... is different from Certified for...
