it feels comfortable when you are using it however, the volume is not as that good as i have expected. I need to jack it up to 60 just to hear my student clearly

False advertising by Jabra. They state this headphone has "3.5mm jack for connectivity to smartphone" but this is not the case. Only gave this headset some stars because it seems to have good call quality after some adjustments but I can only use it with a laptop via the USB connector.

Jabra 40 not 30 Very confortable , not soi bad in the noise passive reduction. Good sound quality, seems to be resiliant.

In my opinion these are remarkable earbuds worthy of five stars. They have wonderful sound quality and with the Jabra app you are able to customize the sound and how the earbuds respond to outside noise. What I found amazing though is this.

Great set of headphones! The sound is pretty good. I think it has a pretty balanced sound. The connection is good, but it does have moments were the left ear bud seems to not work when first taking them out the case. When I put the earbud in and take it back out, it works fine.
Pros: Good sound, Great fit, Very Convenient
Cons: Minor connection hiccups , No battery meter for the case, Software is so-so

I bought these by recommendation for working from home and have been very pleased. They're easy to use and comfortable to wear. The case comes in very handy for packing away. It would be useful if the volume control was marked in white to make it more visible when on a call, but not a major issue.
