Are use this headset for a work at home job working for a call center. The audio is OK but I do not like the earpiece cushion it is too thin. My ear often bothers me at the end of the shift. I would just like to get a better cushion.

Good headset; prefer greatly to a mono headset (if you haven't used a stereo headset, you don't know what your missing as far as distractions go). The cord can be a bit annoying; the cord is prone to twisting. However, that's inevitable with a one size fits all cord length.

I’ve used these for years. They are long lasting and durable. The ear foam cushion is garbage but you can buy separate faux leather ear cushions. Great deal for the money.

I brought it for my office meeting and works perfectly with Team and zoom. Earlier I was using a headset that had a cushion on it and whenever I remove it I use to think I have an indentation on my head. These headsets are perfect for long office hours.

This is being used mostly by my wife as she attends a lot of meetings and training sessions over zoom due to the pandemic. I have other Headset with Microphones but she prefers these because they are the lightest yet offers very good voice performance as Speakers and Microphone.
