I replaced an almost 7 year old computer with this one...The speed and responsiveness has made me so much more productive. No more "waiting". I liked the machine so much I purchased a second one for my personal use.

Arrived in a timely fashion, packing container was a bit abused but the PC in side was in good shape, Initial setup was easy and strainght forward, PC is very quiet, Lighted keyboard is a plus, Auto power up when opened is great but it takes a little getting use to!

Was very disappointed in the quality of the product. Opened it up. Box was in fine shape. Set it up, and then some of the keys fell off and would not go back on. After further inspection, they thin plastic pieces that hold the key in place were not able to hold the keys firmly in place.

I enjoy the speed of my new hp. The transfer of data worked out well. It was impossible to find some of the required entries for the transfer to work; so, I asked the person in the chat box to help. That worked out fine.

Everything has worked great with my new PC. Very happy with my purchase, except I had to buy a new webcam because the webcam resolution didn't meet my business needs. I purchased this pc specifically for the higher level webcam, but it didn't deliver.

Still setting up the machine in the office (part-time) but so far it is performing well. Software loading seamlessly and syncing with previous machines was handled very well. Should all be complete next week once I have the cables to run on two screens (USB-C to VGA).

Great laptop for the price. My mum loves it as it is responsive, reliable and sleek.

Seems to do what a laptop should - super quick, clear display, and not too bulky. Feels sturdy and professional, battery life is decent, and Windows 11 runs smoothly. Perfect for work or everyday use. So far, really happy with it!

This is a super slim and light laptop with all the necessary features - very pleased with this purchase!
