I love the Arahi 6. It's my go-to and I've had like 4 pairs. I wear a wide which gives me the roominess I need in the toebox. The new Arahi 7 has a different shape and is narrower in toe box (NO!) and wider through the mid foot. The foam also feels firmer/harder and less plush.

These shoes have great support and cushioning but they seem to be narrower through the toe box. I have been purchasing Arahi for several years now and made the switch to the wide shoe when I developed arthritis at the base of my right big toe.

The Hoka Arahi 7 is my go to shoe for anything and everything. They are supportive and cushioned, great for working, walking, and especially running. The Arahi lasts me a long time and still feel amazing after a long day of wearing them.

The Arahi 6 is perfect. Seniors beware of a significant change from the Arahi 6. The lacing on the Arahi 7 is difficult to adjust because, at 2 points on each shoe, the lace goes down one hole and up the next on each side of each shoe, preventing easy adjustment.

On the good to great side, this shoe hits the spot for fit and comfort, especially as I suffer from Achilles tendinosis. It is supportive, stable, but not to squishy, and comes close to being a slip on.
On the not-so good side, the durability SUCKS.

This will be my new go to shoe! I use to wear Brooks Adrenaline because I pronate on my right foot but not my left and it began hurting my left foot so I wanted to try something new and now I don't think I can go back to anything else.

Snug width, but okay. Tried for walking on streets, not enough support overall. Felt like middle of the bottom of shoe gives in and feels like your walking on a hard surface. Not enough support, felt very flimsy. Liked the color (Dark Blue and white) wish Bondi came in that color.

I've been a runner for more than forty years. I've written articles about running gear. If you need some medial support that isn't intrusive, this is a great option that doesn't break the bank. It accommodates a wide array of foot shapes. It is as durable as any other daily trainer.

The Arahi 7 in wides are more narrow than previous versions of the Arahi lineup. I wish they brought back the responsive instead of the balanced they have now. The Gaviota 5 are excellent for wide feet but the plush design is way to soft.

I am sad that I had to return my Hokas. I've been wearing the Arahi 6 with no issues, but like many have commented in the reviews the Arahi 7 toe box narrow. I wear a medium width and was surprised at how cramped my feet felt. Zero wiggle room for my toes.
