I have worn Hokas for years. I have a wide foot and currently wear Bondi's and Speedgoats in a wide width. They are excellent and comfortable and fit my foot. Now I need some hiking boots. I have tried Keen's in wide [too stiff and toes hit top of shoe] and twice tried the Anacapa 2 Mid GTX.

After trying two other boots i pulled the trigger on these Hokas. Always been a Hoka fan but my last Hokas had durability issues. I’m about 60 days in to these and so far they are great. Super comfy, adequate sized toe box and black on black colorway, which is required for work.

As usual, these are very comfortable boots. Also, as usual, they suffer from poor quality. The pull loop on the back broke as soon as I pulled on it. For the price of these boots, I would expect better quality.

I have had a couple of pairs of the speedgoat boots and have been very happy with them. But they are no longer available. I'm always a difficult fit for boots so was reluctant to try anything else but got these and have been very impressed.

I have wide feet and wear size 10 in Bondi 8s. I love my HOKAS and was excited to try this boot. The toe box definitely runs more narrow than all the other HOKAS I’ve owned. These boots are super light weight and cushioned - I think they’d make a great summer hiking boot.
