Yardage accuracy is off by yards. Does not always connect with the GPS satellite. Does not always recognize position on a 27 hole course. Touch screen isn't great because the unit is small and if your fingers are medium to large it is hard to located a position accurately.

I really like this product. It quickly loads any golf course on a colorful screen & shows the distances front, center & back. Penalty areas are also displayed with distance marked. Rechargeable battery stays full for 2 rounds easy w/o losing power.

I had a rough start with it. It froze repeatedly and the yardage wasn’t right. Then froze totally and I had to do a reset and start again. Since then it is great. I had a previous version and they have fixed the things that needed fixing.

I like all the different features that it has. I've played around 15 rounds with it and it's as accurate as the rangefinders I've played with. the touch screen can be a little unresponsive at times but does work well. I wish it was a little bigger.

East to use, great value for price. I like being able to adjust the pin location on the screen. You can also measure to a location that you may not be able to with a laser, like a bunker or edge of a hazard.

Following long term use of watch as rangefinder I purchased the G30 to replace it and have been very pleased with both the simplicity of use and functionality. The score card function is quite simple to use and the ability to measure distance to hazards is most useful Well worth the money

A very useful device for distance measuring, with lots of other features available via Connect app. However I uninstalled the app from my phone as I found these features and the constant stream of notifications etc very distracting.

This is a handy, easy-to-use gadget. It worked straight out of the box, although I could use the USB port on my trolley to run it even if the battery was 0%. I connected it to my laptop to charge it fully and was immediately offered course updates by the Garmin Express app.

Compact with a clear screen and easy to use. Handy clip for attaching to your belt, trolley or bag but also small enough to be carried in your pocket. Now managed 3 full rounds on one charge and there is still plenty of charge left for at least one more round.

Brilliant! Beats the watch by sheer size. Easy to set up, read and navigate. Options of magnifying the distances to the green and moving the pin position is amazing. It receives emails too if you want to see them. I like the ability of scrolling the screen.
