Con- display area for machine functions is small, manufacturer could have made the display bigger. There is a hesitation before it prints but its not that bad. Pro - machine prints good, is dependable and easy to use. Ink is very affordable and last.

The printer we had started to have...wonky issues. So we decided to give this one a try. So far - it's been great. I particularly love the "tank", rather than the normal ink cartridges. It seems so much more environmentally friendly, and I can see exactly where things stand at any given time.

This printer is awesome, once you get the software working. And breath just right, so the scanner software doesn't flip out and disconnect. No matter how you install it, it installs multiple items into your startup, some of which seem redundant.

This is a great printer to reduce overall toner/ink costs. However, it is not a robust business machine replacement. It takes longer than anticipated to print jobs as it is nearly half the speed of a good laser printer.

The printer was insanely easy to setup. (Much better than previous ones I have owned that make you do a bunch of firmware updates and you have to attempt to connect a thousand times). The ink on this one comes in a bottle too which is kind of neat as it makes refilling pretty easy.
