Back light on screen faulty when taken out of the box. It took 2 weeks for Dell support to sort out collection to be repaired. Communication with support is terrible, send an email and wait 24 hours for a reply, then when you reply to there email within minutes you still don't get a response for...

Why would you have 2 usb-c ports (Thunderbolt and Display Port) then supply a power cable that takes up one of these rather than using the 4.5mm power delivery on this laptop. Don't even think about contacting them. The after sales support is terrible.

The laptop was delivered on the day stated but just left on doorstep. The additional software I ordered is not on the laptop, and no response from Dell to resolve the missing software problem.

Dell Pro 16 arrived, Firmware updates not successful so locked me out of the Laptop & O365. Had to get MS Global Admin passport reset, v painful. Dell was not overly concerned. Laptop works now, is good.

Laptop display didn't work. Two hours onto Dell support to try and get it to work. A brand new laptop should be swapped immediately. Got to be returned and inspected before it can be refunded.
