Great Laptop! Has everything I wanted in a laptop.

We have many users with this laptop and I have personally used this for a short period of time, but overall performance is terrible. This laptop has been nothing but a ticket generator and we are constantly performing maintenance on them.

The computer was rapidly delivered and I'm very pleased with it. The battery is perhaps a little slower to charge and quicker to drain than I had expected, but not exceptionally so. Other than that it's excellent. It's very quiet, with a decent screen and good speakers.

Good work computer. The plus - Great battery life (I get about 5-6H of working time, over wifi) - Nice display - Reasonably fast (With Windows 7 pro.) The downside? - Wish the keyboard was backlit. - No HDMI 'out' port - Wish it came with a SSD drive

Bought couple of those before, but first thing done was a slight upgrade on HDD and it works as a dream ! Never tried it with regular HDD ( in the original config)

For the price, this a good laptop. Bought one for 450 and the other 2 for $599. Will buy another for general office use.

I've had this machine for about two weeks. It crashes constantly, hangs, has problems with software, constantly restarts itself on its own. I had an HP for six years and I wish so badly I had it back. Do not waste your money. This machine is a LEMON. When this one breaks down I'm going back to HP

Purchased this laptop a few weeks ago for an employee. Opened the box and started configuring it for the end user. First thing is first, decided to remove the McAfee Internet Security software that I opted NOT to include in the e-quote I created on my Dell Premier site.
