I've been using this Thunderbolt dock for several months. It has been firmware updated more than once by Dell. I use it with a Dell XPS Laptop and drive two 1600x1200 21" diplays and connect USB keyboard/mouse. I have regular short dropouts of video (~5 seconds), and then video returns to normal.

The docking station works as expected. Note: it comes in two parts: Power supply and docking station. Suggestion: the laptop connector ought to be angled, preventing stress to the connector and reducing the necessary desk space by 3 inches (width)!

A prior poster mentioned he had to run his monitors at refresh rate of 30hz, and while I was able to run one at 30 and one at 60, I was noticing significant lag...

Lacks a 3.5 mm audio jack like previous versions. Also I think it should include 2-4 more USB A ports. We ended up having to connect a USB hub to the docking station and every time we dock/undock the laptop, we have to connect both the USB C connector and an audio cable to the laptop for speakers...

Fantastic dock that works for any Thunderbolt 4 machine. I've been using it with a 16" M1 MacBook Pro, and I've had no issues with it at all. Only thing to note is that the power button doesn't work on Mac, but I don't need that anyway.

I got this to allow my laptop to connect to ethernet port. It is a GREAT dock. All peripherals (two monitors, secondary microphone and webcam, etc.) work great with it. And I'm so happy to have my laptop off wifi and onto a stable and reliable internet connection.
