This chair is definitely different from the last chair I had; so I had to get used to it - the padded support and the chair itself. But this chair is indeed comfortable; I sat down today (two days after getting it) and have finally come to the conclusion.

Bought this chair in June last year. Very comfortable but because I'm 17 stone and disabled the chairs rachet mecinsum on right side failed. Also if you have children who under 10 don't let them sit on it I pulled the leaver by accident and knocked my self out while hovering.

Great chair and good value, build quality is great, not quite as good build quality as my other brand chair but this one is less than half the price, save some cash and get this one not a more expensive one, its nice and comfortable too

I purchased this chair, but the armrest became detached. I ordered a replacement, and the same thing happened with the replacement

Bought it for my everyday work chair. The chair is comfortable, but one of the armrests doesn't secure properly. The arm rest will temporarily screw into place, but then it dislodges whenever pressure is placed on the arm rest.

it was great when i got it but it broke at the rivet and now has a slight bend to the chair when leaning back some sort of soft metal was used not recommended at all to use it
