The audio settings are on low but if you go to the settings and press and hold setting to adjust volume. Right earbud click is volume up and left earbud click is volume down… They have volume safety but once you fix that you won’t be disappointed. Great headphones!

Like most earbuds these are good but what good is them if you cannot charge them. I wasn't made aware that these buds did not come with a charging cable

I give it a 4 because didn’t come with a charger, the battery last a long time, i didn’t have to charge it for 3 days, i don’t use both at the same time. Great sound.

The battery life on them is amazing roughly 12hrs +. Only problem is the case doesn’t charge the buds. Other than that great product and the buds do not fall out.

My earbuds connected to my phone quickly because I already had the app on my phone because of my beats solo headphones but the only problem is it didn't come with a charger. I used my beats solo headphones cord to use.

Won’t stay in my ear even with small buds .. I’m used to AirPods but wanted to go cheaper .. guess I have to get more AirPods - no problem with them staying in my ears

I like these headphones, they have good sound quality in my opinion but the only thing is they do not fit in my ear so they fall out constantly which is very annoying.

When Beats first came out i could not afford them, they were hyped up. I ginally got these lil buds and i am so disappointed. I have cheaper earbuds that has better sound quality.

These Beats Solo Buds look good in matte black and feel comfy enough in my ears. Easy to setup straight out of the box too. The sound however, It's clear, but the bass just isn't there like on other headphones I've had. The overall sound is okay for just listening, but it's not going to wow you.
