Love the pull tab, I don't want another pair without it! Support has helped me so much in the last year. My feet don't hurt anymore. My only complaint is that I am experiencing a hole in the fabric from my big toe. I keep my nails clipped so not sure wh this happens, it only takes 3 months.

I have a lot of foot problems, including plantar fasciitis, very high arches and overpronation. These are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn. They are super well-cushioned and so far, seem effective at reducing my overpronation.

I upgraded from the 30’s to the 31’s and I feel a big difference! I really like the sock-like rim and the higher heel. I feel it gives more support in the back part of my foot. Another thing I like about this style shoes is the bigger toe box. After running I feel my foot is still supported well.

The Kayano 31’s are an improvement over the 30’s. The style is more sleek and the length is perfect. But unfortunately for me ASICS has completely redesigned these shoes since the 30 version and I can’t wear them anymore. They’re very cushioned and supportive.

Wow - I'm impressed with this model of Asics! I have wide feet & my toes spread out. Until now, I have never been able to wear a pair of Asics comfortably because they were rather tight. These are perfect for my wide feet/toes with lots of cushioning too.

Not all GEL-KAYANO 31 are the same. I recently wrote a review about the Special Edition, brown and orange GEL-KAYANO 31s that I had to return because the fit was not the same as the first pair that I purchased and loved.

My PT helped me select these by doing a comparison with two other sets of shoes from Brooks. He was able to show me how my entire body relaxed and my leg and shoulder mobility improved within minutes from the support these shoes provided. They were right for me!

The shoes provided overall comfort in the toe box and the heel. I have space for thick cotton socks. The shoes are lightweight. I have two pairs of Gel-Kayano 25. I have walked the airports, warehouse stores, and parks without any discomfort to my back or feet.
