Have been wearing Asics for oh, 20-25 years now and for me, they fit and feel the best on my feet. I've tried other brands and always come back to Asics, specifically lately this model and this time, I splurged on the newest release instead the prior version on sale like I usually do.

I recently began a walking regimen again and found I needed more cushioning in my shoe than what I was getting with my Asics GT 2000 9. I have worn my new Asics Gel-Cumulus 26 twice now walking and I don't notice any discomfort in the soles of my feet whatsoever.

I tried these to replace my Gel Cumulus 23 that I've had for a few years and LOVED. However, the GC-26 has a neutral footbed rather than one for overpronation (as the GC-23 had) so these did not work for me. I developed burning in my feet and pain in my knees after just 20 minutes of wearing them.

Great fit! I needed a shoe with a toe box that was just a touch wider than most. This model does the job. Since I uses these shoes as daily walkers (and thereby pound a lot of concrete and asphalt), I'm enjoying the springi-ness of the sole as well.

Shoe is cushiony, easy to walk in and looks good but there’s not a lot of support for the inside arch of the foot. My feet get tired very quickly. The back of the heel is too high and presses into the back of your ankle if you have to kneel down.
