Just needed an up to date laptop with suitable ports/USB etc connections for my work. This laptop gives me that with plenty of processing power for my needs.

Places games good at 1080p. Fans very noisy to keep it cool. When on battery you cant use laptop on performance or turbo mode and most new games arnt playable. If battery is below 40% it also does this. Pretty much have to have this laptop plugged in to play any new games.

Laptop is not good for gaming, fans are too loud when gaming, overheat very quick, shame

Great laptop, working perfectly. No lagging, Great sound

Freezing overheating not really good I not recommend

Overall it’s a good laptop at this price but battery backup is not up to mark

Do not buy this laptop Well known issues where it just stops turning on, happened to me just under 2 years after buying this laptop. Standard warranty is only 1 year, you would need to pay to have it repaired.

My family, all my children had/have bought one or two items from the best buy. We have no complaint.

The user of the laptop really likes it. He's been playing games on it the whole time.

Fantastic and easy.. showed up in less than two days.. will be ordering again.
