Tan, Su En

Tan Su En has a Master's degree in Architecture but redirected her love for building to cartoon illustration. Currently based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Su En's vibrant artistic style is expressed through her creation of children's book illustrations, mascot design, as well as personalized character designs. She works from her home studio as a full time illustrator. She aspires to create illustrations that bring joy to people.

Heng, Jan

Jan Heng currently lives in Medford, Massachusetts with her family and pets. Jan grew up in Singapore, completed her undergraduate and PhD studies in Australia, and completed a fellowship in Canada. She is an internationally published women's health research scientist. Who Has A Pet Hamster is her second children's book. Her books showcase up-to-date exotic pet care using real-life inspired story lines and diverse characters.
