Feher, Mickey
Mickey A. Feher is a Hungarian-American based in New York who works internationally as a coach, generative consultant and facilitator. He is the co-founder of MindsetMaps International with Robert B. Dilts and the co-creator of the Success MindsetMapTM Inventory. He is an active member of the leadership team of the Dilts Strategy Group. He also serves as the CEO of Purpose & Company, an international organizational development company active globally. Previously he served as the Executive Director for The International Association for Generative Change, a global organization founded by Robert Dilts and Steve Gilligan. Before becoming a coach, he had a distinguished business career and served in various executive level roles across Europe in multinational companies such as Deutsche Telekom, Aegis/Synovate and he was a senior consultant at Deloitte.As an organizational development consultant and team and executive business coach he has worked with clients like Microsoft, Bayer, BNP-Paribas, ING, GE, KRAFT/MONDELEZ, EDF and many medium size and start-up companies.His passion and higher purpose are to help others find meaning in their life and reach exceptional results. He is the co-author of the book Generative Consulting, Tools for creativity, consciousness and collective transformation and a regular contributor in Psychology Today and Forbes. He is also a regular speaker at international conferences like the International NLP Conference by ANLP, Global NLP Summit and NLP Masters recently. He is a father of two, who practices martial arts, yoga and meditation every day.One of his special interests is changing the imbalance of the feminine and masculine principles in leadership which includes working with men to redefine healthy masculinity in all roles men play in life. To this end he founded the MANTORSHIFT Podcast which is now focusing on how mindset is the basis of exceptional performance and purpose driven impact.Mickey has an MA in organizational psychology and an MBA in international management from Case Western University of Cleveland. Dilts, Robert B.
"Robert Dilts has been a developer, author, trainer and consultant in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) - a model of human learning and communication -since its creation in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler.
