I bought these because I was in need of new headphones and I love JBL speakers. However, I’m surprisingly disappointed with the product. The sound quality is great but the tapping features to pause/play/skip etc do not work, I eventually give up and have to use my phone to do any of that.

I’ve used these for a few days now and so far they seem fine. They sound good, the app is easy to use, the battery life is ok. However there is no lid to the case. So if you drop it or carry it in a bag or pocket or even clip them on something, there’s a good chance you’ll lose one or both earbuds.

I’m not sure who decided to steal all the kids, but I think JBL makes enough to replace them. I’m not sure why I didn’t notice the lack of the lid, but I’m never buying JBL again after this (first and last time buyer) back to Sony!

I think this might just be preference. But I dislike the touch pad. It doesn't have a button. Idk. I mean it works good enough. But I wear it under my headband and my finger doesn't connect for some reason. The jbl headphones I had before had buttons so I could easily click or tap twice and skip.

I love the sound of these ear buds. I have use them at night while going to bed, and I have used it in a crowded area. The best part about the ear buds is if you download the JBL app you can change the sound to how you like to hear your music. Example vocal, bass, jazz, super bass.

After reading the reviews I'm sure some people just complain on here for no reason. For the price, the sound quality is great, the battery life is great, and the fit is great. These are too bulky and fall out of my ears constantly. I have to press them in to hear, and that causes the touch activated controls to pause or change volume which is irritating. The buds fall out of their case sometimes due to being open without a lid. I don't enjoy these.

Quite frankly, I shouldn't be surprised at the quality, or lack there of with these ear buds. First of all, yes, I should have forgone these based solely for the fact there isn't a "lid." YES, IT MATTERS. The claim that the magnets are sufficient to hold them securely in place is a complete false.

Ok earphones, grate for walks and gym time. Usted them at work during lunchtime to listen to youtube videos and not disturb others. I also used them at the gym, just that the fit in my ear was not that great would keep falling out. They were not that comfortable after like 2 hours of using them.
