Clarity on this headset is great. Weight is very light. Design is good, takes some getting used to as I was accustomed to the older design where the mic comes further out in front. Biggest complaint of this headset is the range. My old GN9125 probably went 25 ft further than this one.

Don B – June 30, 2020 My knowledge base regarding headsets was limited. Headsets Direct has been great in taking time to answer my questions and provided pertinent information for the best headset solution for my business needs. The Jabra Engage 65 Mono Wireless Headset is just what I needed.

Our business runs almost like a mini-call center, so there are a lot of people on the phone at the same time in a small space. We also tend to range pretty far from the base stations as we're talking - which makes for a bad combination with some headsets.

This is the headset that works with my phone system. I like it but it was challenging to set up. The instructions provided were sadly lacking. I finally had to go to product support to get the full instructions.

Pros: Double ear is good because it blocks out other people

Cons: Lacks instructions; still struggling with set up.

Hamilton W – December 19, 2019 Probably the main thing I like about it the most is the lightness, fit, and comfort of the headset. My first impression was it is “less” than the Plantronics’ headsets because it simply felt lighter and less substantial. But using it has really made me a believer.

I got the one that doesn't do the bluetooth, just from the base station. It's a double ear design, and it is on ear. The headset is quite light with makes it fairly comfortable, and a fold down mic that stays in position well.

Comfortable headset. Like that it is motion activated. The sound quality is great throughout my whole house. Battery life seems fine. While I thought I would be OK without bluetooth, I really miss it.

Cons: No bluetooth is a drawback

What it does, it does very well. It is excellent as used as a Landline headset. It doesn't do bluetooth and needs a handset lifter to automatedly answer calls. It is great to roam around with once the call is in progress and has great range.
