I wore this perfume in the early 2000s and was delighted to find it again. The bottle resembles a bright red plastic cassette tape which is very different! The fragrance itself is an exotic floral cocktail of gardenia, freesia, jasmine and rose with coriander, patchouli, vanilla and vetiver.

I love this smell, it's the perfect everyday scent that is fresh, floral, and sweet. However, around the 4-5 hr mark it's very faded.

I have used Rush by Gucci for over 15 years and it is my favorite scent. I get compliments on it all the time. The fragrance is not overpowering. It’s not flowery or musky. It is just a great combo of clean and crisp eau de toilette. I love it!

Texture plays a role in this, which is good - because the theme is simple and doesn't change that much. Fizzy, milky, powdery and plastic, there is plenty for the nose to latch on to, as well as coriander, white flowers and patchouli.

I suffer from depression and on days I need to leave my house I use this. It’s a strong scent and people around me can identify it as Gucci Rush. Which makes me dislike it even more. But I use it cos it helps make me feel confident and ready to conquer the world.

Everyone should know by now that an individuals body chemistry has everything to do with whether or not you can wear a fragrance. Just because you don't like the scent on yourself doesn't mean it's a horrible perfume. Quit bashing Gucci Rush. It's been my favorite since I found it in 1999.
