I bought the scale to interface automatically with my Garmin control. However, the fat percentage was way off, I’m 5 foot nine and weigh 132 pounds, and my fat percentage came out close to 25%. About eight percentage points higher than other methods. Maybe it just doesn’t work for my body habitus.

I bought this to expand the information about my health. It is a huge benefit to be able to track this on a daily basis. The scale connects to your wifi. When you step on the scale, it sends all of your stats to your Connect app. Really really cool technology. Very glad I bought this scale.
