This power bank Surprised me in two ways. First was how fast it dishes out charge to your devices in need. It does great in its sole purpose of getting you battery fast. However I see a lot of complaints about recharging the battery itself.

I recommend this power bank, having used it abroad. I was able to put it in my hiking bag without any problems. It can be used for several charges (at least two full charges for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra). It may be a little large for people looking for a power bank that takes up little space.

Worked twice. Now won't charge my phone at all. It's fully charged, all four lights come on but it won't charge my phone. I am using the same cable that I have always used. Cable is fine. Now it's just a frustrating paperweight. I don't have the money to waste on things that aren't going to work.

A very good battery, although in the end I would have been happy with the 10 or 15 K version. This one is a bit heavy, but that's a sign of solidity. 3 or 4 recharges of my S A23 phone. No problem recharging my OM System M1 battery quickly between lunchtime and midday.

Pay attention to the product sheet! The battery does have 2 USB A ports and a USB Type C port. But the USB Type C port is not an external charging port. It's a recharging port for the battery itself. So it's only a current input, not an output. Otherwise, the product itself is fine.

I was traveling to London and forgot to bring a power bank, so I purchased this at the airport (for what turns out was double the price). Then get to London only to find out that I can't charge the power bank without a USB-A plugin.

A panic buy when at my railway station I was worried my phone was running out of juice (my ticket was on my phone). The power bank had charge which is great but I am frustrated by the instructions on recharging the powerbank which I have now worked out but it has been a confusing process working it...

This battery allows me to charge my phone twice, which is handy for trips where there are no sockets available. I didn't notice any particular heating even when it was in my pocket. I would recommend

I’ve tried charging it through both the usb and usb-c ports and neither will even charge it to one of the dots

The format/capacity ratio is top-notch! It doesn't weigh too much and fits perfectly in a pocket alongside a smartphone (at least in a man's trouser pocket). My wife uses it from time to time and keeps it in her handbag alongside her smartphone, so it really goes everywhere.
