Good Points: My last iMac is over 10 years old so now can’t be updated/ still works fine but cant load office 365. New iMac sleek, great colour and very fast! The screen resolution is amazing - a pleasure to look at Improvement Points: Price for apple is extortionate but it’s built to last

The Apple iMac is the best computer I have owned. It did take a bit of getting used to because I assumed it would be exactly the same as my iPhone and iPad, but it is not and some things are deferent to use, but once used to it, it is great and a very worthwhile purchase

Good Points: I love the slim line look and the colour is a very soft green which looks amazing. The photos are really clear and sharp and so much better than on my last iMac. I am delighted that the Microsoft Office 2021 which I purchased to update on my previous iMac installed no problem.

Good Points: Good fast loading, easy to browse. Improvement Points: The screen is poor watching Apple TV lots of greys, blacks not black enough, colours washy, picture quality not as good as old 21.5". Screen big letdown. Maybe 2 old usb ports, had to buy usb hub to support my stuff.

Good Points: Looks great and great attention to detail. Improvement Points: 2 x Thunderbolt ports only … absolutely useless. I thought it would be coming with an additional 2 extra USB A ports. Also, the performance of the machine is very poor.

I got sick of the old PC continuously wanting to restart or get me to do updates, which triggered this upgrade. That's fixed and there are so many other benefits. Its fast and has a nice big clear screen. It's our goto for video calls to family. It's relatively mobile!

As a replacement for an older iMac this is so much faster and with improved software. This makes it a versatile and powerful unit for home or office. I personally use it for photo storage and editing.

So far so good, does most of what I did before on my previous Apple/Mac. Love size of screen and being on a stand so that I can look straight at it without bending my neck! Still have more to learn.

We upgraded from a very old 2012 model iMac and this is just amazing. It is so much quicker and the picture is so clear. Even compared to my MacBook it has such a great screen.

..and I dont regret it for a second! Its been somewhat of a learning curve coming from a PC to a Mac, even though Ive been using an ipad for years. The Retina display is stunning. The sleek design sits beautifully in my office space.
