The headset is great, everyone hears me clearly on the other end and I’m able to hear everyone crystal clear during my zoom meetings. However, I’m disappointed because the title says it’s a Plantronics headset, the pictures shows a Plantronics headset, however, the headset is labeled “Poly”.

Works better than I expected. Mic and audio quality is about average for these types of headsets. I wouldn't use these for listening to music. But they work great for meetings/Discord/etc. I swapped out the volume/mute switch that comes with this with one from an old pair of headphones.

It’s a comfortable, good sounding, and reliably functioning headset. I think it looks a little bulky, so it is definitely not a hidden or shear look if your doing video calls, but as far as sound quality on the listening and talking side, reliable and wear all day comfort, it’s a great headset.
