Descripción
The Wonderful Mr. Beans is a story about a donkey who, in his past life, happily tended cows on a splendid farm. Farmer and Mrs. Doodle can no longer manage the farm. Mr. Beans and his farm friends must find new homes. All his friends find happy homes, but no one wants a donkey who tends cows. Mr. Beans is very sad. One day, a yellow truck visits the Doodles' farm. Mr. Beans is adopted and brought to the Ray of Light Farm. He is given a wonderful new home, but there are no cows. How can he do his job if there are no cows? As Mr. Beans begins his new life, he meets new friends, and adjusts to his new home. Ray of Light Farm teaches Mr. Beans that kindness and love can provide a new chapter in his life, even without cows. This book is a simple lesson in life that can be enjoyed by all ages. Proceeds from the book will be donated to Ray of Light Farm.

She has developed a Unified Art class for her local art center, as well as donated her time to help women and their families overcome adversity. Mr. Beans has given us many moments of peace. His journey reminds us to share our love and individual strengths with all those around us. Art has taught me to celebrate everyone's differences, be myself and always see color within my world. I hope you enjoy the colors and feel the warmth from the animals. Remember to find those moments of peace and be yourself. You just never know where it will lead you."Markham, Gerard
Gerard (Jerry) Markham is retired, has six grandchildren and is a first-time children's book author. His affiliation with Ray of Light Farm, Mr. Beans and the many books he has read to his grandchildren inspired him to write a book of his own. Jerry received a BS in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point along with an MBA from Webster University. Jerry served as an Army Infantry Officer and has held several executive positions in various businesses during his work life. Because of his unorthodox background for writing children's books, he relied heavily on his wife and family's support to produce The Wonderful Mr. Beans. Jerry relates to Mr. Beans. Both have gone through unexpected changes in their lives. Both share a new journey.Descripción
