I've had this phone for over a year now and have had no crease or hinge problems. I did get a liquid screensaver, which may have helped. I absolutely love this phone. Love the dual screens, screen splitting, and the folding makes it fit in pockets and purses so much easier.

Phone has been great. What an awesome piece of technology. I do hope that the screen fold doesn't become more visible in the future. Just wish Battery life is longer but after the AI has learned my habits it seems to be able to recommend ways to optimize the battery life. Pretty useful

I've owned this phone for about 14 months. I was extremely satisfied with this product until two days ago. At that time a bubble appeared on the lower screen just below the fold line. It gradually got worse until there was a strip about 1/4 inch that appeared to be delaminated.

Go buy a Samsung flip 3 best phone in 2021. Sorry Apple fans this phone is much more practical. Love my flip 3 it just fits every where I put it in car in back pack it just slids in place. But get a otterbox case before you drop it on ground ouch.

The phone is nice when new. The problem is the hinge on both the first one I had and the replacement both didn't hold up. The screensaver on both also started to Crack in the middle. I ended up removing it. Now I am starting to get a crease on my current phone. The phone is still usable though.
