Awesome little device! Allows you to wear a HR monitor further up the arm which is good for strength/circuit based activity compared to a wrist monitor which gets knocked or chest monitor that moves or feels restrictive doing pull ups or push ups.

Easy to use - especially like the ability to record heart rate then download later on - I use it for swimming sessions. Doesn't always connect easily to phone/ipad for download or monitoring.

it's an armband - it is washable so is just bunged in the washing machine with the rest of the gym gear. Use 2 one on and one in the wash. price-wise as cheap as I could find but it's Polar so not bargain basement.

Excellent product. Connected it to Garmin Edge 1030 as a heart sensor via Bluetooth. The Garmin heart monitor did not work across my chest as I have a pacemaker. But Polar is optical and works accurately. Great product. Light and easy so you forget that you are wearing it.

It’s OK most of the time , sometimes it requires a bit of faffing around to get it to sync with the watch , and after 2 months Polar told me you couldn’t run the fitness test programme with this monitor , not a big problem but annoying 3.5 stars is probably more appropriate

Works very well. Using it as a standalone unit for HR measurements when i work out.

Note that this is the older version (Sept 2017) of the OH1. I also have the newer version (June 2018) of the OH1 and the (Feb 2017) H10 chest strap which was the one that got me hooked on measuring my heart rate during every workout.
