Everyone enjoyed every dish very much, no matter how many times we asked for more.One of the things as a child enjoyed the most, was to watch my maternal grandmother to bless the food. While blessing the food she used to spread a little bit of salt on top of every dish to give the meal that extra flavor it needed. Her quote was: "Para que guste y ajuste" (Everyone loves the food, and no one leaves the table without total satisfaction). For many years my family gathered together to enjoy these amazing meals.
