She is a former teacher, newspaper reporter, and television producer. Lost in Boston is the fifth book in her series that chronicles the adventures of the Johnson family. Mrs. Wood selects historic locations for the settings of her books and weaves history into stories filled with mystery, adventure, and fun. Jane Wood has two grown sons and five grandchildren and lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband Terry.
