J.H.soul is an American writer/poet born & raised in Massachusetts of Puerto Rican descent. Struggling to wrap his head around feelings of love, grief, heartache, as well as mental and emotional challenges-he coped with it by writing whatever came to mind or whatever he felt on the notes app of his iPhone. Sometimes words of motivation and inspiration to sometimes words of love and tragedy, these notes accumulated to hundreds and up until now continue to accumulate. So, one day, in 2019, while going through the darkest phase in his life, he decided to create an Instagram account strictly to share his writings to the public. Since then, his words have made a positive impact on thousands of people across the world. Three words that best describe his work are deep, authentic, and timeless. Although he isn't completely shy to the public, he values his privacy and prefers to stay away from the high demands and pressures of being under the limelight. It's all about the simple things in life that truly make him feel rich like spending quality time with his girlfriend and two dogs, going on hikes or even just sitting alone at night to admire the moon and stars in silence.
